Rotarian of the Month Nomination Guidelines

The following guidelines are suggested in considering a Waterville Rotarian as recipient of the Rotarian on the Month Award:

  • Officers (President, President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer) are not eligible for the award.
  • Membership must be in good standing (i.e. dues paid, satisfactory attendance)
  • Participation above and beyond the call of duty in a specific event
  • Consistent effort on behalf of the club over several months
  • One time special accomplishment
  • A club members vocational awards, accomplishments are not to be considered
  • A rotarian may only be seclected once a year

    Nomination process: Club members may submit names to the designated coordinator for this award. Submission should include a bried description as to why this Rotarian should be considered. If no names are received board members will determine a recipient at the monthly board meeting.
